TehPope Posted June 13, 2010 Share Posted June 13, 2010 So I was playing today and a lead was giving the order "If any t uses their mic at any point during the round they are dead." I know there used to be a rule in the MOTD that stated you cannot give this order. I called him out on it, but he says it's not in the MOTD, which it is not anymore. Is this legit? TehPope Posted June 13, 2010 Author Share Posted June 13, 2010 you guys need to grow up and use some common sense.... the fucking nitpicking needs to stop for real It's kind of hard when admins are still confused about what is and isn't in the current MOTD (biggest two being baiting and red = dead), and what was in the old MOTD that does not apply anymore (such as being able to jump out of cells no matter what the order, no flashlight orders). I agree that some silly things, such as favoritism/anti-favoritism, killing any t that uses mic or typing is killed, etc. should go without saying. I'm just trying to gain some perspective here. I agree that admins should be using common sense to tell leads that they can/cannot do such orders/games. But common sense to one admin does not = the same common sense to another. lordps3 Posted June 13, 2010 Share Posted June 13, 2010 ya i was telling someone about a rule in motd, and then i looked at motd and it wasnt there, but it was an old rule picking up a gun in amory = rebelling i asked awwik and he said that the rule still applies, so i think most of the old rules still apply i honestly didnt mind the huge motd, at least it had all the rules... Its obvious you can't do that. Not every single detail has to be listed in the MOTD or else it would be a book. If anyone is giving this order tell them it is not allowed. Someone needs to compile all the "rules" that I havent ever heard of, except for like a week ago when Hippie told me "picking up a gun in armory is rebelling" so he shot me. And once i said its not in MOTD he slayed himself. We need to FIGURE THIS TEH FUCK OUT! NEW MOTD? Or REVISE OR MAKE A FUCKING ADMIN MOTD. Until something happens Im only regulating MOTD rules. Anything else I will leave to other admins. Lmfao... I just stopped playing jailbreak ever since this new MOTD was added Yeah, Forgot I was crazy when I said the MOTD is bs when it first got posted. I think we have had about 40 threads of rules/problems/admins/random bs since. Slaz may have gotten band, but DAM would I love to have the old MOTD back.
