4. Reason: Constant mic spam with music and various sound bytes, muted multiple times with warnings, banned once for 10 minutes with warning, banned again for 120 minutes... would not stop.

Yeah, I just figured the screenshots would prove that we had to ban/mute him earlier. I recorded the demo after the first ban figuring he would try again later.
