Rioko
Well, what I would do is: A) Restart Steam Delete ClientRegistry.blob in the Steam folder. C) Google it.

Download details: Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Download details: .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) Restart computer. if those don't work try updating your video card drivers. Indeed. On my old desktop, just restarting Steam would always work, but with Windows 7, sometimes you have to delete ClientRegistry.blob. And if you have to, don't worry. All it really does (as far as I know) is make it so that you don't auto-logon until you login again. If none of these work.................. you're fucked. Cefdinir
im windows 7 premium 64 bit Okay then, i believe .NET should already be updated with Win 7 but try it anyway. Download details: Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64) Download details: .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x64) Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime any luck with deleting the .blob file? Exit Steam [C:\Program Files\Steam\ClientRegistry.blob] Delete it or rename it ClientRegistryOld.blob and restart Steam

Cefdinir
If not try this. Goto your Library in Steam. Right-click CS:S and select Properties. Click the Local Files tab. And click on the "Verify the Integrity of Game Cache.." Let it do its thing.
