Suggestions for new rules/improvements

RULES

 

1. T:CT ratio, 3:1, Reason Why: I've noticed the massive amount of CTs compared to Ts and how they dominate everytime, seriously make it a little easier for Ts, the objective is to kill all CTs not make it to LR, NOTE: The ratio should be as close as possible,

 

2. No more pre-cell-open things (i.e. "Stand on ur back bunk facing us" these serve no purpose than can be later done ("it kills the AFKS) is it that hard for one person with an awp to do a quick sweep of all cells? Ts want to die doing something not for just being a regular and knowing every possible command inside cell. It also DOESNT look appealing to new people.

 

3. Red = Dead NOT ALWAYS If a CT is baiting (Slay and swapped immediatly btw) and OTHER CTS SEE IT Ts r allowed to knife them without dying 4 that reason. They of course have to drop the guns after they kill the CT. ( THE 5FT RULE)

 

4. Whenever new CTs come on to CT side and the ratio is off (too many cts) AND The CTS r NOT doing very well, there is a warday/freeday and the first ( # depends regarding ratio) cts to die get swapped.

 

5. When cells open if no orders r given, Ts can run out. No stalling orders after cells r accidently opened(i.e. ALL TS FREEZE)

UPGRADES

1. Get rid of the vent in kitchen put one in big cage instead.

 

2. Make the vent in 1st cell harder to knife open, this will the annoying order every round of "Freeze no armory" which leads to fights over lead. Instead try "First Cell put ur face against the door" making the vent harder to knife helps out alot though.

 

3. Put a gun in pool somewhere, this will give Ts an easier chance to rebel while still easily maintainable to control.

 

4. Get rid of vent in kitchen, we should actually be allowed to use it for something. There serves no good purpose for having a teleporter in kitchen. There is 1st cell , cage, (i think we should get rid of S4S vent) to get to armory

 

5. instead of bathrooms, put in soccer or basketball instead.

 

6. Have the USP travel among random cells CTs should do a guncheck anyway.

 

7. No more Red Rebellers, its CTS job to keep them from rebelling which leads to...

 

8. No stupid CTS

 

9. On LR have the T go first so they can choose where to have the LR. (GUN TOSS, S4S, ETC)

It's fine how it is, when full it is usually 34 terrorists, 16 Counter-terrorists, if it was any less there wouldn't be any gameplay, it would just be rebel, freekill, rebel.

We already have a rule about terrorists knifing at their own risk. And yes, we do slay baiters.

It's hard enough as it is, especially if you have a few CTs watching it, which you do.

Already been discussed, may not happen. It's already easy enough to rebel. Gun in kitchen, USP cell, ak and deagle in upper vip, dumb cts.

Bathrooms are fine, like I said before, we want to be different to the other hundred maps, plus we are upgrading the map soon.

They already do, have you read the MotD?

No. Constant nominations and RTVing is bad. Especially with 52 players. One map is enough, plus, we can then make more custom lrs and our beloved coders can manipulate the map co-ords etc.

Ok so for upgrade number 3, i want you to actually try these and survive without the massive clusterfuck of cts getting you.

 

I have read the MOTD and i have been screwed over on gun toss because cts dont read chat they just go ahead.

 

They can remove rtv on servers.

 

I just think that there can be alot less freekilling and alot more fairness to the Ts without having to sacrifice that much and still have CTs very able to control them.

My point is, that if it was made too easy it would be pointless gameplay for the counter-terrorists, which would render them even more useless than they already are. And it's your choice to rebel, which doesn't comply with the warden's orders, so yeah, you are bound to be killed. Other servers don't have much order, from what I have seen.

Tell an admin/demo the player and report on forums, or even ask him to re-read the MotD.

There will always be freekilling, no matter how we change the map or motd. The terrorists have enough fairness as it is. If they're good (and good at the orders/games), they get to have a freeday and play a few games of their own. If they rebel or don't follow orders, they die. It seems perfectly balanced to me.

 

The fact that you come into the forums, make this as your first post and then kind of demand these changes, just throws me off.

Rules and map is fine as it is. We have several people attempting to make a new map, but everyone likes the HG map.

 

My point is...deal with it? Majority rules.

NO MORE THREADS/POSTS ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:

 

* Admins not doing their "jobs" (i.e. catching every single freekiller that exists, ever, admins not slaying someone because you said they should, etc.)

* The "good old days" of jailbreak. I can guarantee you that most people who make one of these threads were not here the day it opened. Even if you were, I don't care. So shut the fuck up.

* Threads whining about freekills without a report in them (we gladly accept freekill reports however, go here

* Threads whining about admin abuse without a report in them (again, reports are appreciated. admin abuse reports go here)

* Threads containing polls about what should be done to jailbreak (We're a benevolent dictatorship, not a democracy. If you have an idea, submit it to a Staff or Council member)

* Whiny rants in general.

Im not demanding, im just trying to suggest, rereading though i can see how that can come off as demanding, honestly i think im trying to cope with the loss of MIA by trying to recreate another one. I should just cope with the rules in the meantime i guess, anyway im looking to make SOME good suggestions to accomodate this server, (USP random cell), Btw why does the petition say that the new update shut down JB, GG, and DM are all down?
