Oblongs Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 yah ever since this css update its been little weird for me i was playing just find for few days and then the other day i tried loggin on and i was sitting at 500+ ping , i tried replugging everything and checked my connection and showed i had 5 bars... same thing happened when i tried again. So i thaught i would try wow and tf2 and found out that my ping was fine in those games sitting at 30 -40 so im guessing its the update if any of you guys have any ideas i could try and fix this send them my way pls Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Deag1e Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 update would have no effect on your ping. your problem is network related, either you or some one on your network are downloading or your router list is taking you out of the way to get to you destination. basically your router connects to multiple other routers to get to a destination basically called hops. if you really want to see your trace route i know hlsw has traceroute built in and will show each network and your ping to it.
