Hello guys.

A few days ago, before this retarded source update was released.

My brother and I could be online with 3 computers, playing counter strike on the same server.

But now, if just two of our computers are on the same server, our pings go up to 400 and we loose the connection and lagg out.

But the second one of us leaves the server, the lagg reduces.

Anyone heard of such problem?

The strange thing is, that its happened after the update, so i can impossible be our internet.

Hope someone can help me, so I can pwn some noobs and rebel in jailbreak with my brother.

yah ive literally tried everthing from reinstalling to tossing my css folder altogether and reloading it ive tried wiping all my binds, ive read all the posts about it on here and tried your guys ideas and nothing so far works for me.... the only thing that did work was deleting my counterstrike folder and it worked but next time i logged on it would be back to lagging again so i dont really want to have to toss my folder every time i feel like playing css so.... im just going to stick to wow gmod and tf2 now untill they fix it or someone comes up with an idea

How do i check this? Because i do not know so much about router configurations. (By the way router is from Netgear).

It pretty much involves logging into it through your web browser (192.168.1.1, usually. Nothing for the user ID and "Admin" for the password) and dicking around in the configuration until you find something mentioning uPnP.

Should uPnP be enabled or disabled? mines disabled.

It should be enabled as a general rule unless you're running some kind of hardcore NOC. You can think of it as automatically handling your port forwarding for you. Improper port configuration can result in limited connectivity and other issues. It's worth a shot. Unless you're running some kind of hardcore NOC.
