Please tell us about the incident: Ok, I am doing one of my famous movie days (I do them almost all the time when I am CT) And I get 4 Ts who guessed the movies correct and I send them to Race stalls. I then say kill the rest of the Ts who didnt guess the movies correct or didnt get one of the spots...So then Numskull says that its a oppinonated day and I didnt "say" the rest of the Ts will die when I explained the rules to the games...He then slays me, breaking an admin rule do not use ! commands on other admins...Id also like to point out this is his second abuse report

Usually a slay is no big deal but seeing as how this is his 4th abuse report, and the last one he did a week ban for a freekill, I'm going to temp ban him so he can come refresh the rules.
