SayHelloRosco
I used to be able to, now I can't. I rebooted my computer about 5 hours ago, and when it came back on, it was at 1024 X 768. In my Nvidia control panel, it usually has "(native)" next to 1680 X 1050 on the list of resolutions in my Nvidia control panel. When I checked after the reboot, 1680 X 1050 was GONE. No where to be seen. I had to add it back by making a custom resolution. It no longer says "(native)" next to 1680 X 1050. So I open CSS just a few minutes ago, and it's running at 1024 X 768. So I look at my video options, select 16:10 as my ratio, and 1680 X 1050 isn't there! Help pl0x.

Apt. 2B
I've heard if you put -resolution #x# or -res #x# in the launch option line of the properties box in steam it will force a resolution

60Seconds
If you have Vista try right clicking on desktop and select the last option and then select display and change it from there.
enigma#
1. Apparently some monitors hate the Generic PnP or non-PnP drivers... If you know your model number of the monitor you own, find the drivers (usually they have some) but no way to know for sure. 2. Try using another video connection, most monitors have VGA, DVI and/or HDMI/DP... if you have cables handy try different resolutions 3. Reseat the video card... may work? I dunno, see if any of that helps... thanks for listening xD
Prospekt
^this, what Enigma says.... I would try that. Also what Blackeyes says will launch the game in ur wanted resolution, but as far as getting ur native deal back I would try uninstalling ur drivers and reseating the graphics card and reinstalling drivers again. I've had to do it and it sucks but it worked for me. Hope it works for ya bro! edit> Oh and enigma, love ur avatar man! The colors are great. I wish someone would teach me how to use Photoshop or GIMP. *sigh*
