Enjuaguese
I agree with La Migra with the monitor, just get a 23 inch, it'll be 1080p... but get it from Tiger Direct, it's cheaper. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5371576&SRCCODE=LINKSHARE&cm_mmc_o=-ddCjC1bELltzywCjC-d2CjCdwwp&AffiliateID=dlUPo6w0KBI-iNNgtIuG2Qw5oTwZAuJLyw
RetiredTacos
The gaming computer you find usually have junk power supplies, that is the major problem. You can't upgrade the video card or you'll risk frying your other parts. If you have access to a free copy of windows 7/vista I would advise going to cyber power PC's website and configuring your own setup for a descent price. If not, that first link you posted up with the 5570 and ph II x2 is your best bet. It will run all the half life games fine, the 5570 will hold you back a bit in new games if you want to crank them up. At that point you can always save up for a new PSU and a 150-200$ mid-range card.
