enigma# Posted July 27, 2010 Share Posted July 27, 2010 Since he doesn't do anything to impede the game, this is not considering cheating in any form. There is a glitch (Source engine specific) that some video cards (on spec) will draw the screen upside down. Not all however are glitches, many cheaters have that on their screen as well.
