Banned on jailbreak for being a ct

in game name: Acer8=007

server: hg jailbreak

banning admin: -hg- Kevin

STEAM_0:1:20382393

reason: Was the first mistake I had made apparently it was a war day or something another and hg kevin came at me and knifed me once so I shot him, He slayed me and switched me to T's and told me if I went CT again I would be banned. Now the slaying I understand as it was my mistake but not letting me be a CT again was alittle unreasonable. I told him I would take it to forums if he really felt the need to ban me if I went CT. Of course I went CT as im here writing this now. I really think I was banned unjustly and would like to be unbanned when ever given the chance. I hope that kevin at the least gets talked to about wrongful bans such as these and maybe revoked if he is going to abuse his admin.

well either way kevin was out of line with the ban...should have been slay for free kill, then if i did again a t switch for a couple rounds. But he slayed and switched right away and told me not to go back to CT at all or ban.

Admins MUST warn a wrongdoer in ADMIN chat before punishing (except for hackers). Right in the MOTD. So if kevin would have been following rules this would had all been avoided. He could have left it at slay and warned me not to do it again. I think it was only cause it was him I killed and he had admin that he could take it a step further that he did. nuff said.

Banning someone after they accidently killed someone one time? moving them to T because he accidently killed someone one time..? Either of these actions by the admin seem irrational, but ball is still in his side of the court. You need to provide proof so that it can be handled accordingly.
