4. Reason: Spamming Scouts for the past 2 maps and No admin has been able to help me.

6. Comments: This person has been spamming scouts for awhile now, I haven't been able to get any screenshots because I am at a friends house and I couldn't transfer the pictures. If anyone has been occured I'll be glad to supply with more.

) Also racism. he has been on here alot and been doing the same thing over and over again, Once I will recapture it again. Also Blaming other people for his own actions. One of the pictures I took was too late because I told them that i was going to report them, but I still hope this e-thug gets banned.
