Realtek HD audio troubles

Well, I had to uninstall the Realtek HD Audio driver today. I decided to try out my mic in css for the first time in a while, and the mic gets massive feedback. You can't make out anything I say.

I uninstalled the driver, and my voice was clear as day.

I was hoping if any of you would know a way to have realtek installed and not have my voice give feedback.

EDIT (IMPORTANT): I tried reinstalling the realtek drivers, and when I rebooted after the install, Nvidia control panel was missing, and my monitor had lines through it (wavy lines that cut through vertically) I have to do a system restore to before I installed the realtek drivers.

EDIT 2: ABOVE EDIT FIXED
