Near the end (Tics ~8400 - 11000), he starts to "trace" (at least that's what it looks like) people through the mid pillar near alley way. However in the beginning, I don't see anything extremely sketchy. @3000 , I consider that shot lucky seeing as the CT was firing his pistol away.... @ All the other shots before 8000, I'm not 100% sure...
