It is to be set in the floating, mile-high city of Columbia in the year of 1912. Prepare for more plasmids and power-ups in this one. Oh, and to anyone who disliked the second BioShock (I would be one of those people BTW), you will be happy to hear that the original developer is returning in this iteration: Irrational Games.
