Help with CS:S issue with sound

First I just got Windows 7 Ultimate, and when I started playing CS:S, I have issues with "failed reading message svc_VoiceData from 67.228.245.0:27015" and while I play, I get booted with net overflow. I tried google to look up and can't seem to find anything, And don't kow what to do next.

 

I used commands I got from steam support and open some ports, but still nothing.
