6. Please tell us about the incident:

While in the hellsgamers jail break server the t's were ordered onto the top of big cage to play an opinionated game. They were told to freeze upon arrival. A few seconds after the last t arrived, a t started rioting in the crowd. The t's were told to unstack along the highest point of big cage and face shot for shot. Many of the t's did so but the rioter was still stacked on one other player which happened to be scuba s7eve.

 

Even though the the t's were ordered to unstack, i still did my best to only shoot the rebeler. I took 3 well placed shots behind big cage to avoid shooting another t. I was successful except for one which happened to be the stacked person, scuba s7eve.

 

I was slayed instantly without a warning or description of why. I was not even aware a shot had missed. As shown above, i kindly asked why i was slayed and tried to explain the circumstances. I was quickly shrugged off as well as egged on. I was told to "keep arguing" and threatened "lucky i didn't switch you".

 

As a player you are taught to give respect to other players and especially admins. As an admin you are taught to treat players fairly. I give admins my full respect on hellsgamer's servers as well as all others. I did not provoke any argument in any way and was very respectful. I play often and fairly, i lead very often on jailbreak and know the rules well. It was impossible for me to shoot into a crowd from behind big cage when t's were unstacked along the highest point. this is all true. He shot into a crowd killed our red shot me and killed another. then argued why i slayed him. there were even people in deadchat complaining about him freekilling. from what i saw i slayed him and thats it. Rebeler from hell was there and can back me up in this situation.

I stated several times i was not shooting into a crowd. I shot at a rebeller who was stacked on 1 person when they were told to unstack.

look dude i slayed you for a round because of your obvious mistake. your making a big deal out of nothing. I suggest not shooting into stacks if you read the motd (Even if it is legit do not shoot into crowds). I DIDNT T- List you, I DIDNT switch you to the Ts, and I DIDNT ban you. Now please stop making big deals out of small things when you have a serious reason to report abuse than post in these threads.
