I don't know that it is this guy but his ping was in the 70's while ours where in the 900+. Now I don't have a pic of his ping cuz he left and the attack stoped five mins after. but I have steam ID and name. in game name : "Skipper Pilot DK" Steam ID : STEAM_0:0:17154093 As I said I don't know if it is him or not but i had a lot of people saying it was so I thought I would post just in case?
