From a Photographers point of view.

1st one - the hand is in the worst spot. Brings the eye straight to his "special area". Looks like you lost some detail on the highlight side of this face where the chin line meets the neck. Also, the random highlight on the top of this eyelid doesn't look right. If you moved his head up a little, that highlight would have moved to below the eye to make what is called "Rembrandt light" Overall - pretty good concept, just a few technical errors that amateur photographers are going to do.

2nd one - No offense, the **FIXED - Was on laptop when I saw them**wide lens is cool and everything, but this is not what professional photography looks like. This is a snap-shot, candid, something someone can do with their point 'n shoot. Very amateur and and so many things wrong with it ..I'm going to leave it at that.

3rd one - Again, we lost some detail in the highlight side of this face. Overall, good idea. Just again, a few technical issues an amateur photographer is going to make. And when I say "amateur", I mean someone who has not started doing photography the proper way. You need to go to school to do it the right way. All the technical issues you are having will be learned at school. The issue I am having with this one is the bright bright bright BRIGHT sign in the background. You need to tone that down because that is taking all the attention away from the subject. Whatever light you have shining on the subject is too bright as well. If you used a professional light, looks like you didn't have an umbrella or a softbox on it, but IMO, looks like you parked you car around and shined you brights on him. You shouldn't be able to see the light start an finish around him. A;so, a tip - hands all the way in the pocket, not a good idea. Leave some fingers showing. Having the hands stop at the wrists is bad. Especially when he has a bracelet on that distracts from everything else because it is so white.

Before I get shit on because I wrote too much or I was too harsh - welcome to the world of professional photography. I am in school learning all the things I mentioned. I am not saying I am the best photographer in the world, but these need help. And being in a program where I learn all the ways to fix that he did wrong, I am sharing my knowledge so he can be better.

Also - never use your on camera flash. It looks terrible. :)

1. That's a wideangle, not a fisheye. The two lenses do totally different things.

2. You try lighting that correctly with a point and shoot.

3. I need two lighting assistants, not one. That's what a fill reflector is for.

4. On camera flash? That's an off camera SB-600 shooting through an umbrella. Do you even know what on camera flash looks like? If I had the budget to buy all this nice lighting and shit, you'd probably be seeing different images.

And seriously, I've been shooting for what, 1 year? Oh and I'm not even in college. Hell, you even do this to me on DA. If all you're going to do is criticize me over and over again, I don't need your opinion.

This is not a photography site. He did not put them on here to have us critique him.

Cool shots!

Yes, this is not a photography website. So why put them up if he doesn't want someone to critique them. If you look at his other posts he said give your opinions. All he wants is "oh awesome, I can't do that" or "you are an amazing photographer"

Being a photographer, I can give the right criticism because I know the technically aspect of photography. I am not saying they are bad, but I am not saying they are good.

If you can't take the critique, then don't post them where I can see them.

I never said you didn't have a point, your comments are helpful.

But saying things like "Very amateur and and so many things wrong with it ..I'm going to leave it at that." is incredibly condescending and I felt very offended.

That being said, I think we should discuss our differences over coffee.

Before I get shit on because I wrote too much or I was too harsh - welcome to the world of professional photography.

This is not the world of professional photography. This is Hellsgamers. He's just posting up some of his work.

You did come off too harsh is what I'm saying. You didn't say anything good. Maybe you shouldn't say anything, if the ONLY things you have to say are shitty.

Even though I said.

pretty good concept

I know this isn't the world of Professional Photography. I know this is HeLLsGamers. He is posting some of his work. I never said they were bad. I never said they were good. A majority of what I said was just little things that people don't think about. My suggestions will make him a better photographer.

This is my specialty when it comes to the world of anything. I'm going to say what should be done to make it a little better. I should have said great idea, but tweak it this way. In the world of photography, it is going to happen where people break down your work. I know he has a point and shoot and I am giving helpful tips. Again, if he doesn't want people to say "bad" things about his work, then don't post it. I could have been like any other troll and said "OMGZZZ dis is tera-bad ..stik 2 ur day job brah"

My suggestions are helpful ..not hurtful. If he takes it that way, then he will never get better. Just saying. In the world of photography, you grow as you do more and by suggestions.

**ADDED - I'm sorry if my suggestions come off strong, but I wanted to explain how to achieve my suggestions.

Never mind, never mind.

I'm not going to argue with you. If you really think that is the way to be nice, then by all means......go ahead.

Being married 15 years should have taught me not to argue with a woman.

I wasn't trying to argue. Just trying to justify my reasons for posting what I did. The only way to become a better photographer is to get helpful tips from others. I'm sorry if you guys took it as if I was being mean, but by no means was I trying to be. Helpful suggestions is all I have to offer. I'm all for photography. I don't want to bring others down when they don't know the technical aspect of it. :/

I told Prius he sucks at kissing

But its ok cause I was helping him

That is the only way to get better. :) Practice with someone who knows what they are doing. xD
