Rude treatment towards players

I love your Jailbreak server, it's the best in all of Css, but I can't help but to notice that admins treat players unfairly. I've noticed that admins treat some players one way and others another. For example, if an admin or one of the more "Popular" players with a mic were to freekill, I've noticed they don't get into much trouble, yet when a player who may not have a mic kills someone, he never has time to give HIS side of the story. I don't want to limit it to myself over unfair treatment, because I find it goes on all the time. Even when a player tries to tell an admin it is unfair, he is often ignored or he is given the usual "Umadbri" spam by all of the players... Not very inviting :/. Even though most of the time it is legitimate freekill or bait etc, there are also those few occasions where it wasn't, and a player never gets to tell his side of the story without being ridiculed by admins and treated like a child. On the other end of the spectrum, I've noticed that when an admin gets freekilled, or even killed legitimately, he automatically slays the killer and switches him. Now when another player gets freekilled, he might not get a chance to voice his opinion or tell an admin because he will usually be ignored or called a rager.

 

To sum it up, I just wish we were treated better. It's not that hard and I'm being as polite and fair as I can possibly be. Thank you .

Ya its true funky but what u have to understand is the "Popular" players are the ones who play almost everyday. i wont mention any names but ya i take it easier on the people that play there alot but thats because they notice there mistakes and either slay themselves or let the admins know that they did and if they dont we slay them. The "popular" players arent getting treated better its that we know there not going to out of no were mass fk or freeshoot. its more of a trust thing. From what ive seen as an admin most players(if not all) that dont have mics tend to be the ones that dont know how to play. so were harder the player that dont know the motd and such. believe me i was like that first when i first joined jailbreak. i remember i freeshot someone and got slay and switched instantly because they dont know who i am.

i try to only slay when i see something wrong happen, IE Freekill/Baiting(after the ct runs far away hur dur).

if something is questionable i usually ask the person why they killed so-and-so and if they don't give me a legitimate reason then ill ask the other admins if they saw anything. then i take action. also popular players with mics? lolwat

Considering I don't punish someone for free killing unless I witness it myself, I don't care about their side of the story because I saw the whole thing.

 

Do you think that we just slay people because someone else says they free killed? Do you know why people that freewill admins always get slayed? Because an admin witnessed it! We can't be everywhere and we can't see everything. Most of us try to do everything we can but I'm not acting on anything unless I see it for myself.

When I first started playing JB I spent hours brooding over my anger with admins and their apparent inability to respond. The admins don't not like you, they just can't see everything. Like Scuba said, if something happens and it involves a player that we see in there EVERY day we tend to trust them. E.g. I have slayed people before after a player I personally trust like burnt bowser notifies admins. Of course I question the person while alive first and so on, but the basic idea is that once you are on the server for a while and people trust you as an honest player you will be treated with such trust and respect. If you are new, we have to make sure you learn all of the rules before we can give you such trust.

 

That being said, some admins do have problems with favoritism and most of us try to control them when we are in game. Usually there are at least 2 or 3 admins on, so no one admin has complete control over the server at any time. Most of our admins are actually really cool people once you play with them for a while, don't make the same mistake as them and be quick to judge.
