There is a good chance his account was hacked. I don't know the player and it doesn't look like he would comes on the server too often on his statsme. I would check the IP logged at the time of abuse to something like the forum records.

May or mat not be the case. The only thing he can do is come in and explain why he did what he did.

Finally, Beta was banned its not the first time hes been causing trouble.
