The last time you banned someone from JB it was 1 week for teamkilling with no report and wrong reason. You told me you banned him a week for mass freekilling. I dont think you warned him, i see no proof of warning. If you're gonna ban someone for a week you better be warning and kicking first. I am reducing this ban. He did get several warnings first however when he disrespected an admin and then left avoiding a ban only to return a minute later with another name I didn't see any point just kicking him he had several warnings first and he had a chance to just play the game and don't be an ass and blew it. I know I don't, but I'm pretty sure I talk for other than just me when I say that freekillers, racist and assholes are NOT wanted on the servers. And yet YOU, Homer and his braindead lackeys in the counsil keep letting them back in which of course makes me and others frustated cause we (unlike you) don't want them here. They do not need to banned as some (but not all are not aware of the rules, and may not even speak english for that matter). I do understand that watching a single CT mow down a bunch of terrorists is not fun (disruptive), but Crosshair has scripted mods for that reason. To help reduce this business, we also have at least 13 moderators who are capable of T-listing. A legitimate T-list request is all we need. 2. They are ruining the game for EVERYONE and should not be allowed on to the servers.See this is the thing, I understand you are frustrated and angry when someone blatently disrespects you (or anyone for that matter). Most of us would say yeah he needs to be kicked/banned, however, there is a certain level of understanding you might want to look at. Racism is not tolerated and needs to be dealt with however, you also have to ask them politely (or however you so choose to) to refrain from using racist remarks or racial slurs. Second of all, since we are talking respect, why are you being disrespectful towards the Council and us Mods, we are doing our jobs. It may not be to your expectations but face it, it's life, no one is perfect; which is why, you need to be forgiving sometimes of our "perceived" shortcomings.
