Plaayer
Hey guys, I just recently got a new laptop from one of my dad's friends for free. First thing I asked my dad, " Is it broken and do I have to fix it in any way?" No, it wasn't broken. Just a free Toshiba Satellite A215 laptop. After 2 HOURS of using it, the CPU fan dies. Any way to fix this? I really don't want to open the laptop or get one of those bulky external coolers.
RetiredTacos
the CPU fan dies. Any way to fix this? I really don't want to open the laptop or get one of those bulky external coolers. Okay so the internal CPU fan died, and you are wondering how to fix it without opening it up or an external cooler? What advice are you looking for exactly? DrChristina5000
Go into your freezer and grab a bunch of ice and stick it in your computer...lol Or better yet, grab a hammer and smash the hell out of it. If the cpu fan died I wonder what else is going to break...just throw it out.
D3nL
I can open it up, but I just don't want to break it. ): Break what? The only things that pose an immediate risk are static electricity and liquids, both of which can easily be handled very easily.
