I feel it's all about a big power trip on who is admin/staff/whatever and who is not. I just got a thread CLOSED for asking HG on questions for a school project in the GENERAL section. ttaM obviously didn't read through my reason for making it. So, anyways, I'm leaving HG. Take a nap and think it over with a clear head tomorrow. If you have problems with someone: 1. Try and work it out with them. 2. If the other party refuses to cooperate, try and get someone both of you trust to act as a mediator (An in-between) to try and resolve the disagreement. 3. If the dispute is not dissolved by step 2 and continues to be problematic, take to staff (If it is a staff member, take it to council, if council someone higher rank). BTW: Most disputes should be solved after a ton of step 1. Also, take a moment and see if you are in wrong. Step 1 should also be your first resort. PS: The forum PM function should be your primary method of contacting someone you are having problems with (forum wise). I don't want you to leave the clan over a silly disagreement. I didn't tell him that his idea was stupid I just told him that HG isn't the right place to be discussing it. There's plenty of people here who use this place as a "alternate life" or just a fun place to hang out where they don't have to worry about that stuff. I saw what he was trying to do and figured I'd shut it down before it got out of hand, he had the option of PM'ing me to discuss his problems but instead came to the forums and made a new thread now everyone's just laughing at him.
