ImmaBustYour_TheTerminator Posted October 15, 2010 Share Posted October 15, 2010 Ummm like yesterday my css was fine earlier in the day but when i joined later on it wont let me connect on any servers it keeps saying "connection failure or couldnt connect" and it haves been going on and this is now day 2 and it keeps still doing it wont let me join. paintball Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 one thing you could do is try repairing your steam by re downloading it but not really before you go into download it should have a repair option click that oh and go to steam.com on google and look for it. it should be in the about section of the web page. and one more thing some of your question made no sense. plus you could defragment your drives after doing a system clean on them. i hope these help. Linoleum Knive Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 If that doesnt work, find your cstrike folder Mine is C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/teenracer6/counter-strike source/cstrike. Move your CSTRIKE folder into your HL2 folder. This will force the game to recreate your cstrike folder upon reopening of the game, and will most likely fix your problem.
