piscian Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 (edited) Piscian got into an accident and is being fired QQ everyone QQ basically my work is going through that whole "Office space" thing where they put me and like 4 other guys on PIP which is a "90 Performance ImProvement Plan". If you don't improve then you're fired! I didn't actually do anything wrong I'm the only one in my Dept. who actually has a CCNA which is this new bullshit goal they're making everyone get. I ironically do more work then everyone else and Im the only VOIP/HSI/UNIX tech. I wont bother explaining but I'm important shit. So the only thing they could come up with is that Ive been like 10-15 minutes late 15-20 times over the last 3 months. It's not true but I can't actually prove it. So I told them to suck my naughty bits. They've already gotten the same reaction from like 5 other people since we are all under paid and our jobs suck. Worse yet they just put everyone ones shifts up for bid and senority was based on who has CCNA's. Which is me and two new guys who started this week. Every one is going apeshit. So I'm leaving on vacation today to go hang with Emma and a friend of mine. As I was leaving they ask if I had any Rebuttal to the PIP. Big middle finger and walked out. so I'm about 20 ft from home when I wreck into someone. Cop was right next to me and saw the whole thing. I'll explain more in detail later but I need food. I added a drawing of what happened and I'll post the damage and emails to and from my bosses laters. If I'm fired I'm moving to Belgium and taking everyone but Terry and Deadman cause theyre gay and mean! Jetta maybe cause hes mean I but think it's just our sexual tension. I just need a bit of a nudge (and 3 months) to do something about it. Sometimes these random employment snafus happen to work out in your favor. If not yeah Im not worried. Im an internet grunt theres always jobs for me. I've saved up a bunch of money and if I do get fired my house is going up for sale and I'm going to belgium.
