Use that concept but apply it to ban reports and unban requests. This would cancel out the whole need for "PLZ UZE TMPLTE." i.e. Have "Who are you filling the ban report for?" "What is their steam id" "What Server was it on?" "What is the reason?" "Please post Proof in the box below. Please upload demos/screenshots to zhost.hellsgamers.com" "Do you have any comments to add?" I feel this would be an easier way to quickly get ban reports and faster way to deal with it.
