Gaming Headphones?

Im getting a new laptop, mouse, and other accessories, and am wondering what type of gaming headphones you guys recommend I should get, or what you have yourself. I have never owned a pair, and thus, have absolutely no idea what to get. Willing to spend up to $150..

In your price range, These are the best sound headphones out. These are what all the pro's use, Koth uses these.

I'm using my Xbox 360 Turtle Beach headphones they work good but batteries die on them fast.

I use the Turtle Beach X11's. Good crisp sounds. However, you might be looking for something different since I use those for my xbox AND my PC.

 

My cousin has the Logitech G35's ($130 on the Best Buy website). Nice sounding w/ sound canceling mic and ear cups. The only thing I didn't like is I couldn't hear my cousin yelling at me to give him his soda.

Using the same ones, just in black. They're really good at keeping out sound, but I can't tell if I have 7.1 surround sound on or not. >.<

I've told these kids before, but they don't listen. They want it to glow in the dark, say "GAMING" or have lights on it. Glad you like yours

For CSS, gaming headphones are overkill. For the most part, I use earbuds.

I use a headset called the G35 7.1 Digital Surround and is so good! The Voice Quality is great and theres a surround sound switch on the back of the earbud. So when your listening to music turn it off and when your doing hardcore gaming you turn it on. The Audio is really good. Its a little heavier then average headsets though but not a neck strainer.
