lolerskates Posted November 28, 2010 Share Posted November 28, 2010 Was just wondering if its just me lately that keeps seeing worse and worse FPS lately... Rig is: -AMD 2.8 (6 core) -8 Gigs of ram -Radeon 5850 (1024 Ram) -Windows 7 With around 45-50 people on the dust2 DM server im averaging around 55-90 fps, and now is dipping to 35-40 at times. I'm running at 1280 x 1024 (Most settings on high.) Antialiasing is set at NONE, Filtering mode set at BILINEAR. Source seems to be running worse and worse on this comp lately, cant seem to figure out why. Very little if any downloading on this computer, not alot of programs running in backround. And CS Source is the ONLY app im running. In my opinion... there should be no reason this rig should have ANY problems running Source at 100 fps+ with 60 people on the server.
