6. Please tell us about the incident: Scoot muted Cynox at the beginning of the round. I told him he wasn't aloud to do that, and cynox was unmuted. Scoot muted cynox again and said "I'm aloud to make a new lead."

 

Tick 82000 - Cynox starts leading

Tick 83788 - Scoot mutes Cynox in console instead of chat

Tick 84750 - Scoot mutes Cynox in console again

 

Edit: Unfortunately i did not get the part where he said "im aloud to make a new lead"

Read in the motd: You can declare a new lead if their mic is not understandable. He was lagging too much. Also, what's your complaining of console commands? I type my commands in chat by type /command. What's wrong with that?

 

EDIT: I watched the demo, and the second mute was bad on my part it's always my instinct to mute when they talk over lead and that's what he was doing.

His microphone was clear, the server was lagging. Also you should have just asked him to pass lead before muting him.

in his defense, the whole T team could not understand him, but we could understnad the new lead, BUT the mute was not called for, and i promptly unmuted him

Upon reviewing the demo, I could barely understand his orders (i.e. get on the back bunk and face the back wal).

 

@Scoot, you can declare a new lead if it's that problematic however a mute is unnecessary to do so.

 

Please play nice and stop doing stuff like this!
