Okay in HG jailbreak this guy was leading suddenly he got kicked by ron for non vaild reasons and was threatening to ban him for no reason also! If u cant see what it says this is what it says "*DEAD* RonPaulPopcorn : !kick "jaguars" "Yes you're a hic, but calm down with the shit talk."

Actually if you look in the MOTD there clearly says that shit talk is okay TO A POINT and that point is when it becomes disrespectful. That Insane Dude let me clue you into what he was doing. He's a regular on our server, and his actual talking voice is nothing like that. He was putting on some show of being a redneck from the deep south for whatever reason, and it was funny at first. However, he eventually started ranting for full rounds straight about absolutely random things and later began disrespecting players. He was kicked for that. Everyone understood the kick and why it happened except you and that one troll who almost got himself banned.

 

On another note, I don't need you threatening to have my admin removed in the server (and if you're gonna deny it I can go into chat logs and find it for you) when one, the entire server agreed he needed to chill out, two, he came back with the SAME dick of an attitude and after I threatened to ban him for it eventually stopped, and three, I've been here as an admin for at least 5 times as long as you have. I understand the limits of administrative power. To be frankly honest, a higher up was there (Hippie) and if he thought I was actually out of line, I guarantee he would have told me.

Your screenshot only shows him disagreeing with what Red Jaguar is doing.

It does not clearly show abuse, it is at most circumstantial.

There is not enough evidence to agree with you.

 

It sounds like Laz's intentions were good but misinterpreted by you.
