Spawning some sort of material to change the sky of the server. Also spawning "globe" shapes around the whole map. Name can not be seen

when you use your phys gun over it.

This has been going on for a long while. What he does is prop surfs to the top of the skybox and spawns some sort of "Mars" texture or material to cover the whole entire sky. I have perm banned him for the time being.
