DjLemonic
Anyone with comcast experiencing massive spikes lately? I think their service got poorer since like Dec. 21st, although it was already pretty bad :/ I just died 4 times because I couldn't move in TF2, this is sad I'm going sleep ://
xIFATALSKILLZIx
Get a new modem from them..... It should be no charge as long as u give them the old one. I had the same problem about 2 years ago and that solved it.

piscian
ask them to have a maintenance tech at least go out and check the SNR and TX/RX power at the line extender on the pole outside your house because it looks like its experiencing suckout on the cabling due to the cold weather. That'll throw them for a loop.

DjLemonic
My speedtest was 7.5mbps download and 0.8 upload, so I contacted the support and had them reset the connection, now running at 20mbps download and 3.5mbps upload, much better. If problem occurs again I'll be on my way to getting a new modem, hopefully that will fix it.
