Yes he might have been spamming but their was still admin abuse. I don't see why he was banned. Check the first 4 lines of that console log.

Im sorry but this is a little messed up. I have been in office for years and everyone says the n word. The admins and the players both use the n word in a joking and non joking manner. I have seen people spam the word hundreds of times and not recieve a ban. People still to this day use the n word in their name, spray, or in chat. I think this was taken a little to far and its kinda an attack on oldschool. I know he said the n word in admin chat and thats pretty stupid but he didnt mean to say it in any racial meaning. OldSchool takes alot of shit from kids everyday and never reports. Its part of the game and i really think you should give him another shot.

This isn't a first time thing. He always spamms the mic. I was in office under a different name AKA hECTOR and he constantly spammed the mic and told me he would ban me if i kept telling him to stop. I finally told him who I was and he apolgized. I gave him that one chance and didn't report him.. In my own opinion, He shouldnt be unbanned.

1.) People with a high-pitch voice have the same right to use the mic as anyone else. He was presumably banned for the bird call noise he kept screeching into the mic and the use of the N word. If I find out that anyone is banning people simply for sounding young, their admin will be removed.

 

2.) I didn't ban him. I only removed his reserved slot, which was making him immune to admins trying to mute him for his spam.

 

3.) Hopefully he learned his lesson, because I just unbanned him.

 

4.) Magruber, if you lie to me again, you're done. I expect you to get along on the server. If you can't do that, you don't belong there.

:dots:Thank you for the unban. The only thing that I'm scared of now is people lying that I'm spamming or Doing something wrong. They might do that.. But if they do, I will report the fact that they are lying to Bort immediately, even if im the first to let him know that people are even getting falsly annoyed. That is just wrong. It's called being Agist if you dont like people just because of their age. You were all once in the same situation and were told to STFU by people older than you when you were my age. Its F'in part of life. Its a sin to be AGIST. Dont do it. How did you like it when you were younger and were told to STFU a million times a day and were cyber bullied (which is against the law and you can go to jail for it) day and night. The people that pick and have picked on my to the point were yes I have thought about stuff are lucky that I didnt report them even when it was that bad. I HAVE A SEVERE CASE OF ADHD AND USUALLY WHEN I GET ON, MY MEDICINE HAS WORN OFF SO I PROBABLY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU WHEN TELLING ME TO STFU.
