6. Please tell us about the incident: Joined the server, about a minute after fatal spawns a knife shipment, got about 3 knives from it. I'm hanging out near spawn with fatal and jessicajoy, Blapz comes along as a gun dealer with an autoshotty, starts shooting, I don't mind since he's not aiming at me. He walks off, comes back about 10 seconds later and starts shooting randomly again, this time I take damage from it, so I throw a knife at him. Few seconds later, banned from the server. Not only did I kill just one person, that person happened to have been shooting an autoshotty wildly. Obviously he didn't mean to hit me with it but that's his problem for doing so. I've been playing on DarkRP for 4 or 5 months now, and I don't recall where it says you can ban someone with no prior warnings, especially in this case.

I don't really see anything in your screen shots that supports your story. All I see was you being banned and the reason is still unknown. Waiting for Blapz to respond to this thread

Yep, I am an admin on that server, and that was the only proof I could provide, wasn't demoing it but i'd like to see Blapz deny that there were no previous warnings, it would also be in the logs that he was the only person I had killed.

Ok, First Off, I never shot you, I shot Fatal because he said he didn't mind, I banned you because I had a full pocket of Auto Shotguns because I was on my way to a delivery, you can ask Jessica I never shot you. I banned you because you were not under your original name either. It was also only a 15 minute ban.

Alright, since the ban has expired, you will be unbanned.

 

Blapz, next time just make sure you use the "ulx who" command before you ban anyone to make sure they aren't an admin. In the event that you need to ban an admin and can't contact anyone of a higher ranking, make sure you have sufficient proof before doing so.
