The person could be a 11 year old kid who just learned how to type. But of course, there is always some chances that he might fuck you over. But if got the threat, that someone would hack me, i wouldn't take it seriously, unless i had had some experiences with the person where he/she knows a lot about that kind of stuff. Also if he was a computer hacker the chances of him saying "I'm going to hack you" are extremely low so i doubt he knows how to do anything.
