You know you can just mute him instead of kicking him. Warning him may help but if you mute him, it'll simplify a few more things. Admins should not be kicking before trying something less invasive first. If he's microphone spamming during the round, that's a different story. You can verbally warn him of that. If he's dead talking, mute him; you do not need to kick him Like i said, i warned him.. meaning i muted him, then warned him.. he rejoined the server just to talk while dead.. then I kicked him after he did it about 3 times.
