GoCrzy
Try deleting your hgmodels folders and then reloading the server, it will automatically redownload your skins.
LazaHorse
It's not a client side problem. If you've never played on another HG server, you probably haven't downloaded the supporter skins yet. When HG premium members move from one server to another, they keep the skin so until they use !premium or !skin and choose a prisoner/officer skin for jailbreak, they will show up as an ERROR to anyone who doesn't have those skins dled. tl;dr Either they need to use !skin to pick a prisoner model or you need to visit one of the other servers and download the other premium skins. WTF that is client side... the whole point is that he doesn't have the models downloaded... that's why he'll get the error message Flush out the "models" folder in your css folder like GoCrzy said.. make sure it downloads (by connecting to a HG server with a blank "models" folder)

Cr(+)sshair
One current ValvE issue is correctly downloading files. Some get corrupted or some just don't download. brb submitting application to work with ValvE.
