He started buying shipment after shipment of weapons. I picked him up to talk to him. He then kept buying shipments while he was Phys-gunned. I kicked him once. He came back and became Gun Dealer once again and started buying shipments after shipments. Rizon banned him for 120 for Minging ..we do not have any physical proof, but if Super Admins can look into chat logs to see him buying the shipments, I hope that would help. I am absolutely perturbed by this statement. I have looked into Joker's past and found nothing of note. Please refrain from making statements like this in the future.
