JessicaJoy Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 Tried to fix but you're using the URL links from zkhost, you need the direct link or img code the file types are .tga "Tagra" which is only accessable through Photoshop (I believe ..there might be another program you can use) I also know .tga works for sprays in CSS and TF2 (maybe GMod) Anyways ..as for opening then up through the computer, you need up load them into Photoshop.
