BooT
Wouldn't more than 99 percent mean it's 100 percent?
Joe Sano
Wouldn't more than 99 percent mean it's 100 percent? it says 16000 voted to stay 3.7mil to secede 3700000/3716000=99.56942949407966% 99.56942949407966%>99% Edited February 1, 2011 by Joe Sano

Therefore, 99.56942949407966%>100% Unless for some stupid reason they decided to just say 99%.

You don't round numbers for things that are important. Tenths at the most, but definitely not a whole number. It's a good thing southern sudan has all that oil, or they'd just become another fucked land-locked country.
