Awwik
Dude, this is old as hell. Its a good time to invest in Miami condos. Preferably the St.Regis in Bal Harbour hint hint. Please just stop, if you read anything at all you would understand that Miami is one of the worst cities to buy in right now. The market has gone down hill and there is foreclosure everywhere. Yahoo who just did an article on the worst places to invest and live in, Miami was number 2. Learn to fake being rich better!

60Seconds
I was kidding around Awwik, I know the craphole that Miami is in right now. Its becoming worse and worse, but its cheap as hell. You can buy a condo for 300k right now that was 900k a few years ago. Thanks for backing me up ttam lol. I don't see why living in Miami is bad, I love it here. Also, you aren't completely right. Some buildings are selling well while others are doing bad. The St. Regis already has a bunch of Pre-Construction sales. It will probably finished sometime next year and the location is great and we expect to sell every single condo in it within 5 years. A lot of data about Miami is bullshit anyway. The condo building I live in, The Fontainebleau has almost every unit sold in it, and it is like 7 years old. 60Seconds
Yeah, I am in New Jersey right now. I'm visiting my parents who live in NEw Jersey. Maybe I went a little off grammatically by saying "I love it here". I was planning to go to Vegas but then my flight got canceled because of issues with the plane and I had already called the day off in so I just bought a ticket to NJ. Also ttam I thought you weren't supposed to post my ip info here since that is supposed to be a private thing. That is admin abuse lol, but anyway I could care less right now so I'm not even gonna start about that. Don't turn this into a troll thread ttam. Fox, last time I sent someone money over PayPal I got my account hacked, so I'm not using PayPal anymore, but if you need help with getting a job in the Property Developer field or an internship I can hook you up, it doesn't have to be in Florida. Also, I don't think that I'm the wealthiest person in HG. I think Slazenger's parents are millionaires or something. I'm not even a millionaire. I don't save my money up, I spend it as soon as I get it. While you may not believe it, New Jersey is a much wealthier state than Florida and if I was faking being rich I probably would have said I live there or that I live in Beverly Hills. Act your Wage Billy America has fallen in love with credit cards and payments on the items they purchase. If you can't pay cash for it you do not need to buy the item you are wanting, even though you may "need" it No matter if u get a BMW, or buy a $700.000 HOUSE, u need to buy everything on cash or else u dont own them, The bank owns you and your Things u buy using ya credit. kinda scary when u say u dont save, u probably use ya credit a lot, i bet the bank owns ya Bmw? I work with people that drive Bentley's and Ferrari's, they live in Hollywood hills and Beverly hills, yet they have their houses and cars on their credit, which is scary, they think they are the owners of their things, but in reality the Bank is the owner. Americans love to live the American Dream, but they get confused by it, U dont live the Dream when u buy everything with ya credit and just hope to keep ya job forever while paying Interest to the banks, its a gamble, and u might loose it all. Dream of wealth and riches is achievable. Just one small problem. Millions chose to live like the privileged Beverly Hills elite without doing the difficult work to earn their way into the top 10%. They made these dreadful decisions of their own free will. No one forced millions of Americans to borrow and spend like drunken soldiers. "It appears that the psychology of the nation transformed in the early 1980’s. Was it the optimistic message of “Morning in Americaâ€Â preached to the country by Ronald Reagan? Was it the fact that the youngest Baby Boomers were turning 35, entering their prime spending years? Or, was it the long-term decline in interest rates from 18% to 1% over two decades? Whatever the rationale, millions are now drowning in deep pool of debt. Maybe I am just not American enough and don't understand this madness, but it seems that the "American Dream" has been twisted through the years to mean bigger homes, more expensive cars, and better electronics. It has become a marketing ploy for people to dive into materialism and lost most of its original sense of hope and goodness. I could see how owning a home could be a facet of the "American Dream" when a house represents the culmination of the owner's hard work, but when that home is financed entirely by debt it contains nothing of the buyer's efforts. When people buy things on credit and slip further and further into debt they're not living "The American Dream". Instead, I think they're living what I would call an "American Delusion", and eventually it spirals into the "American Nightmare" if they can no longer handle their debt obligations. I think the modern American Dream as we know it is a lie. It's purely a slogan for the credit card companies to spur on spending, or a line for politicians to garnish their speeches. As an immigrant I still hold on to a tiny piece of what the original dream is. I don't think it's about consumerism or materialism. It's about getting a fair chance to achieve success through patience and hard work. It's about building up a better life in a place where opportunities are abundant and available to anyone. The Dream is an ideal that can't be bought, but unfortunately it has devolved into instant gratification and debt." Billy, u prove my point by taking ya car pic and just post it here so we can see the Hot wheels ya got, and how well u doing, but that's not the Dream if is not paid off. 60Seconds
Awwik, I'm from Bergen County. Fort Lee and Alpine to be exact. But anyway, I do pay in cash, I only use money that I have. I paid cash for my car. The rich counties in Jersey include, Bergen, parts of Passaic, Ocean, Monmouth, Cape May County, Morris county, etc.
Awwik
Billy i used to live in new jersey and most of the counties you just named are not wealthy, I lived in upper saddle river. 20 spook ridge road to be exact that was my house in bergen county, I have never heard of fort lee and alpine is very much north of fort lee. So which one is it? You should look up the definition for pathological liar because I think thats what you are.

60Seconds
You've never heard of Alpine? Then google it. I know where Upper Saddle River is, its right next to Montvale. Fort Lee is the town in which the New Jersey end of the George Washington Bridge is located. Some parts of those counties I named are rich. Have you ever been to Belmar or Spring Lake for example? They are pretty wealthy areas. Nice house btw, my parent's place in Alpine is a similar size. Alpine is like 15 min away from Fort Lee. I was saying that I lived in Fort Lee when I was little and then in my teenage years, my parents moved to Alpine. I don't remember their exact address but their house is on Rio Vista Drive. It might be 67 or 68 Rio Vista Drive. Edited February 9, 2011 by Billy Mays

60Seconds
Rick Scott is a dickhead, I voted for Alex Sink for Governor and Charlie Crist for Senator. A lot of Miami is a craphole but there are very nice parts such as Brickell Ave and Wynwood-Edgewater. I don't live in Miami itself, I live in Miami Beach which is mostly nice. The only shitty parts are the streets behind Ocean Drive and surrounding Lincoln Road. I've never voted for Republicans besides for Chris Christie because Jon Corzine is retarded and I regret voting for Christie. Now, this asshole Scott isn't lowering property taxes which is part of the reason Miami is in the crapper. The property taxes are way too high, on a 400k place, the taxes are like 12k, which means that some people can pay the 400k but they can't pay the extra 12k per year that the taxes put on it. Thats like an extra 1k on the mortgage. So some people can afford to pay 2k a month but they can't afford to pay the 3k that the property tax makes the monthly payment.
