So I've been going back and forth for about... 6 hours now trying to softmod my Wii so I can use backup disks instead of the expensive ones, and I'm still only about half way through.

 

I had to downgrade my firmware from 3.4U to 3.2U, and that probably helped at least a bit. I can install WADs now, and most apps work, but Wiigator's loader is still broken. I have a feeling that the cIOS isn't updating correctly, which Wiigator depends on.

 

TL;DR - Has anyone gotten this shit to work?
