Possible script/speed hacks

I'm not too familiar with bunnyhopping as most servers i play don't allow it... so would like you to see whether this looks like bunnyhopping script or a speed hack.

 

This player was playing yesterday and was playing normally... today he's speeding around the place like a madman.

 

Could you please clarify whether this is cheating/hacking or not?

I cant watch the video at the moment, but i have played with eddee before, and he wasnt using scripts then and was able to bunny-hop. he even taught me how to do it (thanks eddee :L) But he could have downloaded since then so yeah.

I'm not familiar with bunnyhopping and didn't want to be all like "he's definitely hacking!!"... but it does seem to annoy people when he plays. All i do now is switch to whatever team he's in so it doesn't directly annoy me! But a lot of people get a voteban going when he does it, but people in his own team never vote against him. :/

Hate to say it batters, but it looks like scripting to me. Especially since there are parts in the demo where he isn't even looking in the direction he is actually bunnyhopping, yet still gaining speed.
