Proof: http://www.badongo.com/file/14604719 This is probably a lot longer than it needs to be, but I'm fairly sure I'm right with the time I took to watch him. You'll see he has some ridiculous prefire, as well as some crosshair tracing on the walls. Not to mention he'd stop for aiming when it didn't make any sense and blow someone away.
