ZCOM
You are awesome, my friend. Thank you, I will comment on this after breakfast with the rig I was thinking of (pretty similar actually.)

Darkwing Duck
I would swap out that power supply for a 700+ Watt.
Never trust a hippie
I wouldn't put a micro ATX board in a $179 case. Raidmax makes cheapo stuff. You can do better.

Cefdinir
Not to impose. This is what i came up with a budget of <$1200....

Plaayer
The only thing I would change in Cefdinir's build is: Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200RPM - Western Digital makes the best HDD's in my opinion. Yay for fanboys. Video Card: MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II - I chose this card over the EVGA for its slightly higher shader and memory clocks and for the "better" cooler. Power Supply: Corsair TX650 650w v2 -or- Corsair TX750 750w v2 - Completely optional, but the newer v2 edition. ~~ 750w = MOAR POWER. Memory: G. Skill 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 - Looks kickass... and for somewhat the same price! I heard that G. Skill makes good memory, but then again... Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver 5 - I think Cefdinir forgot this, or he was going to use the compound w/ the Hyper 212+. AS5 is supposedly one of the top notch compounds, but a tube of MX-2 or AS Ceremique will do the trick too.
