Explanation: He was randomly lockdowning (said cops threatened him to). He was also sort of making up rules (not laws). He prop pushed someone out of the way of a door because he wanted to go in first basically (said why are you standing in the door? I can propush him.). Impersonating an -hg- recruit by wearing the tags, and also I guess thought it was funny to spawn another car in front of a shop during a Ddos attack (Most likely going to push someone with that too before server got Ddosed).
