Bearthug
I was there at the time. Its because everybody was spamming. Both T's and CT's. No one really knew who lead was. People arguing and trying to get lead, then others just herpping. I think muting all was necessary at the time, but then again my word means nothing. Yes, I understand, but I really don't see the point of muting EVERYONE.
Bearthug
Think about it. If both teams were spamming mics right? If he only mutes the T's, the CT's will be spamming anyways. Vice versa. Now maybe if Rated unmuted the Lead, it would of been better, but like I said before, no one knew who lead was..... Its better to mute everybody and have T's get freeday, than people spamming mics and buffering half the population.

enigma#
Mistakes have been made. As long as this doesn't happen again, there shouldn't be any more problems given that CTs now have to call lead If there is too much spam coming from the majority of one team, you can target the team that is offending. If both teams are, I would suggest the lead would get back in check and actually lead and ask the CT spammers to stop. For admins, you can always go @mute t first, then mute the CTs that are offending or vice versa. Do not use !mute @all. thank you for bringing up a good example.
