Proof: http://zhost.hellsgamers.com/u/fa/racism.dem 6. Comments: He was making racist comments on his mic so I warned him and started a demo. He made another racist comment so i banned him for 60 minutes and stopped the demo. Proof should be at the end of the demo; demo goes for about 30 secs to 1 minute. I've also had reports that this guy is a troublemaker on the server so next time this occurs I might request a perm ban.
