Please tell us about the incident: Basically, Laz bans someone for saying he was mad. In SS#1, it shows how Laz was killed by Sustaining. This was a freekill, and he slayed Sustaining in SS#2. Later that round, the guy that plays on our server named XXX, said over the mic, "If you kill Laz, you will most likely be slayed. He's mad," or something of that nature. There was no warning after that, and Laz just straight up banned him, as shown in SS#3. Not even a kick. First of all, there was no reason to ban, let alone kick. Second of all, if there was a reason to kick/ban, there should have been a warning before he actually carried through with the ban. In SS#5, he is asking the people alive to get on with the round, and LR; in all chat. There isn't any necessary reason for this, and he corrects his grammar by using all chat again. For my last point, in the motd, it says trash talking is allowed, but not to a point where it is douchebaggery. Going back to the ban, that is what XXX was doing. He was trash talking. This is a bit hypocritical because Laz is ALWAYS being a dick. It's not just trash talking. In SS#4, he sees a new admin using a banned command. He right away starts cussing at him, telling him to read the F'in rules. I told him to quit being dicks to new admins and he says new admins get nothing from him. He doesn't even care. Anyways, he doesn't want his rep to go down by someone calling him mad so he bans the dude, uses all chat for no reason, and is constantly mean to new admins. That, is admin abuse. His unquenchable desire to push admins' buttons gets him kicked/banned quite often. As you said, I was fked. As such the person was slain. However, xXx feels the need after any admin action to add some stupid comment that no one needs. He does it often... he does it quite often. It was a 30 minute VERY deserved ban for him to quit bein an assface 24/7. No one needs it, no one likes it. As far as how I treat others, I am sure there are those who will have a problem with how I treat them off first sight. However, I am sure there are MANY MORE who consider me one of their favorite people to play jailbreak with. At the same time, I am one of the few "jailbreakers" who doesn't immediately hound-dog new players, girls, kids, and the such for no reason. If you GIVE ME A REASON (admin abuse since I know that's where this is going... that guy was horrible), then they get lip from me. That simple. Being a dick and keeping a troll-filled server orderly... two very different things. **EDIT** It took me 15 minutes in the jailbreak server to get these screenshots. The only reason you and I still talk without the trash talking is because I stepped down from my ego on the internet and tried to be friends. I just suggest warning before a ban. I am not trolling. That's the problem. xXx has a history of being an asshat in the server, pushing every admin button he can without getting banned. That xXx dude clearly trolling him but next time instead of saying to another admin "get banned" and being a jerk off to him straight up get his attention first and tell him what he doing wrong.
